Caroline specializes in new construction, residential resale, condominiums and townhomes. She has been acknowledged for her extraordinary sales and marketing techniques with multiple high-end builders, a 44-unit condominium renovation project, and a new construction townhome development.
Caroline was named a Greenwood King 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 Top Producer. Caroline also has earned the National Association of Realtor’s Green Designation. Caroline is an active community member herself, squeezing in time for such organizations as The Junior League of Houston, Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumnae and Golden Beginnings Golden Retriever Rescue. She lives in the Historic Houston Heights with her husband, Jason Homrighaus, and their golden retrievers, Belle and Mas.
